About Elephant Care
We wish visitors to enter the world of the elephants and
be impressed in unforgettable experience with the
beautiful creatures. The elephants receive better lives
without bondage and being forced to work, so the
elephant riding is not allowed here. The elephants in our
care are happy and feel free that they have deserved to
compensate for their unpleasant experience in the past.
We hope we are able to rescue increasingly the captive
elephants to enlarge the number of members in our family.
Elephant lovers and those who want to touch the
almosphere of affection and joyfulness with the elephants
are greeted at Phuket Elephant Care.

Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy:
# Cancellation and amendment policy as per below
- Phuket Elephant Care operates all year round, despite rain and other mild weather conditions .Customer booking cancellations due to weather conditions will not be refunded.
- Booking cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the assigned tour commencement time are free of charge.
- Booking cancellations made within 24 hours of the assigned tour commencement time will be considered customer non-attendance and will be charged in full.
- Booking amendments made within 24 hours of tour commencement will be approved one time per booking without incurring additional charges.
- Booking Amendments made 24 hours or more prior to the assigned tour commencement time are free of charge.
# If a customer has food allergies, special dietary requirements, limited mobility, or potentially contagious diseases, please notify us in advance.
# Guests who are pregnant or wheelchair bound are required to inform Phuket Elephant Care of their condition, you will need to sign a waiver stating that you are in good health and that you understand you will be participating in a tour that involves large animals.
# Upon departure, customers must have a receipt from the hotel. This must include the company name, date, customer name, customer number, hotel name, and room number.
# Please make sure you bring the "What to Bring" to Phuket Elephant Care.
# We do not force elephant to do any activity that they don't want to do. As well as in the Mud spa and shower that also depends on elephant's satisfaction.
# The activities with the elephants are subjected to change without prior notice.
# We make sure that our guide are trained to be proactive on sustainability training.
